Payroll Specialist
<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented <strong>Payroll Specialist</strong> to join our client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience processing payroll, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. This opportunity is perfect for individuals who thrive on accuracy, organization, and providing exceptional service.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Process accurate and timely payroll for employees, including calculating wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements.</li><li>Maintain and audit payroll data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies efficiently.</li><li>Manage employee payroll inquiries, addressing concerns and clarifying information.</li><li>Handle payroll tax filings, W-2 forms, and year-end processing.</li><li>Collaborate with HR and accounting teams for seamless payroll and benefits integration.</li><li>Stay informed of updates to payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.</li></ul><p><br></p>
