Payroll Administrator
We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Stockton, California. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple states. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with expertise managing payroll for mid-sized organizations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Process full-cycle payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.<br>• Manage payroll operations for a workforce of 101-500 employees across multiple states.<br>• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.<br>• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to efficiently handle payroll tasks and reporting.<br>• Address and resolve payroll discrepancies, ensuring employee satisfaction.<br>• Prepare and file payroll tax documents in accordance with relevant laws.<br>• Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to ensure seamless payroll integration.<br>• Stay updated on payroll-related legislation and implement changes as required.<br>• Generate reports and provide payroll data analysis to support organizational decision-making.
