In this role, you will oversee payroll processes, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations while managing multi-state payroll operations. Responsibilities: • Process full-cycle payroll operations with accuracy and attention to detail. • Manage multi-state payroll to ensure compliance with varying state regulations. • Prepare and file payroll tax reports in adherence to federal, state, and local laws. • Utilize ADP Workforce Now to perform payroll-related tasks and data management. • Maintain records and documentation related to payroll transactions and tax filings. • Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and resolve discrepancies promptly. • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure seamless integration of payroll data. • Conduct audits to verify payroll accuracy and compliance with company policies. • Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary adjustments. • Support internal teams with payroll reporting and analysis as required.

• Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing. • Expertise in managing multi-state payroll operations. • Knowledge of payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements. • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems. • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle sensitive payroll data. • Excellent problem-solving skills for resolving payroll discrepancies. • Familiarity with auditing payroll processes for compliance and accuracy. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
