<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee and enhance our finance and accounting functions in Brentwood, Tennessee. This role is essential in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and efficient management of fiscal operations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in accounting principles, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to streamlining processes.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, cash receipts, accounts receivable, and payroll.</p><p>• Prepare and post month-end journal entries while ensuring timely and accurate balance sheet reconciliations.</p><p>• Perform detailed financial analyses to support decision-making and maintain updated accounting schedules.</p><p>• Monitor cash balances, conduct cash flow forecasting, and provide comprehensive cash flow reports.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with established accounting principles, as well as federal and state regulations.</p><p>• Collaborate with various departments to address and resolve discrepancies in billing and invoicing.</p><p>• Oversee fiscal year-end close activities and support external audits by preparing required documentation.</p><p>• Implement technology-driven solutions to improve efficiency and streamline accounting processes.</p><p>• Ensure proper revenue and expense recognition in financial records.</p><p>• Handle treasury functions, including bank reconciliations and related tasks.</p><p><br></p><p>For more information, please contact Frank Corrigan</p>

<p>• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.</p><p>• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting roles, with a strong understanding of accounting principles.</p><p>• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.</p><p>• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.</p><p>• Strong organizational abilities and the capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams.</p><p>• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</p><p>• Experience with month-end close, general ledger management, and financial analysis.</p>
