Responsibilities:• Process accounts receivable transactions and ensure accurate billing and collections.• Utilize advanced Excel functions, including v-lookups and pivot tables, to analyze and manage data.• Perform heavy data entry tasks with precision and efficiency.• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service to resolve financial concerns.• Conduct medical collections and maintain accurate records of payments.• Transfer data between systems while ensuring consistency and accuracy.• Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes.• Monitor and reconcile accounts to ensure timely payment and minimal discrepancies.• Generate reports and summaries to support financial decision-making.
