HR Generalist
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. This contract position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to various human resources processes, including employee relations, onboarding, and benefits administration. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions while supporting organizational goals.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and fostering positive workplace interactions.<br>• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure new hires transition smoothly into their roles.<br>• Administer benefit programs, including enrollment and employee inquiries.<br>• Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure accurate recordkeeping and reporting.<br>• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.<br>• Support the implementation of HR initiatives and programs to align with company objectives.<br>• Coordinate training sessions and development programs for staff.<br>• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR practices.<br>• Assist in performance management processes and documentation.<br>• Prepare reports and analyze HR data to support decision-making.
• Proven experience in employee relations and human resources administration.<br>• Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and benefit programs.<br>• Familiarity with HRIS systems and their functionalities.<br>• Excellent understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.<br>• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.<br>• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data management.<br>• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
