Front Desk Coordinator
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this contract role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet and assist visitors and clients promptly, creating a warm and detail-oriented first impression.<br>• Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently or directed appropriately.<br>• Provide concierge services by addressing client needs and coordinating requests.<br>• Maintain an organized and efficient front desk area, ensuring all supplies and resources are readily available.<br>• Schedule appointments and meetings while managing calendars to avoid conflicts.<br>• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and record maintenance.<br>• Collaborate with team members to support office operations and ensure seamless communication.<br>• Respond to inbound calls with a high level of attention and resolve issues or escalate them as needed.<br>• Monitor and manage the switchboard system with precision and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in receptionist or front desk roles is required.<br>• Proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems and switchboard operations.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Detail-oriented approach and customer service orientation.<br>• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<br>• Familiarity with administrative tools and software is a plus.<br>• High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
