<p><strong>Client Relationship Management</strong>:</p><p>Maintain and build long-term relationships with existing clients by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored staffing solutions. </p><p>Provide outstanding service delivery and ensure client satisfaction by consistently following up and addressing feedback. </p><p><strong>Candidate Recruitment and Placement</strong>:</p><p>Collaborate closely with recruiting professionals to present candidates that meet client requirements and match job descriptions effectively. </p><p>Skillfully negotiate contracts, including candidate pay and billing rates, ensuring win-win solutions for clients and candidates. </p><p><strong>Business Strategy and Performance</strong>:</p><p>Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals by using Salesforce.com and other tools to track activity, progress, and revenue generated. </p><p>Analyze market trends, competitive data, and client feedback to make strategic decisions in line with organizational goals. </p>
