Human Resources (HR) Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Blue Ash, Ohio. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in HR processes and systems, who excel in data organization and project management. As part of a non-profit organization, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of HR data while contributing to operational efficiency.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Organize and transfer files and documents from legacy HR systems to updated electronic systems.<br>• Download, print, file, upload, and systematically arrange HR-related data for efficient access.<br>• Ensure all data extraction and transfer tasks are completed accurately within established timelines.<br>• Manage and maintain HR systems, including handling corporate recruiting information.<br>• Perform detailed data entry tasks to support HR operations and system updates.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless implementation of system conversions.<br>• Prioritize meeting project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.<br>• Extract and compile critical HR data from existing systems for storage or transfer.<br>• Provide administrative support to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
<p>• Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.</p><p>• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and corporate recruiting processes.</p><p>• Hands-on experience with HR platforms.</p><p>• Familiarity with system conversion and implementation processes.</p><p>• Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.</p><p>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.</p><p>• Excellent organizational and communication skills.</p><p><br></p>
