HR Coordinator
We are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio, within the manufacturing industry. This role is a Contract to permanent position and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to various human resources functions while supporting the growth and efficiency of the organization. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth onboarding processes, maintaining HR compliance, and providing administrative support.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Facilitate onboarding processes for new team members, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.<br>• Manage HR administrative tasks, including record-keeping and maintaining employee files.<br>• Conduct background checks and verify employment credentials as part of the recruitment process.<br>• Utilize HRIS systems to track employee data and generate reports.<br>• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, addressing any discrepancies as needed.<br>• Provide back-office support to the HR team, assisting with payroll and benefits administration.<br>• Coordinate and schedule interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to meet recruitment needs.<br>• Support employees with basic office tasks and respond to inquiries regarding HR matters.<br>• Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and troubleshooting issues.<br>• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
• Previous experience in HR coordination or administration within a detail-oriented environment.<br>• Proficiency in onboarding processes and background checking procedures.<br>• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and the ability to manage employee data effectively.<br>• Solid understanding of HR compliance standards and regulations.<br>• Experience with payroll systems such as ADP and benefits administration.<br>• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees and management.<br>• Basic office and administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
