We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Blue Ash, Ohio. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in identifying, sourcing, and securing top talent across various corporate functions, including finance, engineering, sales, and supply chain. The role also involves recruiting for salaried positions in factory settings.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.<br>• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent for corporate roles.<br>• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.<br>• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies.<br>• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and streamline the hiring process.<br>• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience for current and future hiring needs.<br>• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and precise communication.<br>• Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on recruitment progress.<br>• Stay informed about industry trends to enhance recruitment practices.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting across various corporate functions.<br>• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing candidates using various methods and tools.<br>• Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess qualifications and cultural fit.<br>• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.<br>• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with hiring managers.<br>• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.<br>• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
