By sending an updated resume to Fana Belcher at  [fana.belcher][at]roberthalf[dot][com].</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and discovery processes.</p><p>• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, preparing trial binders, and drafting legal documents.</p><p>• Manage and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.</p><p>• Coordinate and facilitate the discovery process, including drafting and reviewing interrogatories, subpoenas, and other legal documents.</p><p>• Utilize case management software to track case progress, deadlines, and documentation.</p><p>• Support attorneys in civil litigation matters by gathering and analyzing relevant legal information.</p><p>• Collaborate with legal teams to develop strategies for effective litigation and case resolution.</p><p>• Organize and attend meetings, hearings, and depositions, providing necessary documentation and support.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and court procedures throughout all phases of litigation.</p><p>• Maintain strong communication with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in cases.</p>

• Proven experience as a paralegal, particularly in litigation and trial preparation.<br>• Strong knowledge of civil litigation, discovery processes, and court procedures.<br>• Proficiency in using case management software and legal research tools.<br>• Familiarity with complex commercial litigation and related legal practices.<br>• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.<br>• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.<br>• Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.<br>• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certification is preferred.
