This team is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to provide critical case and client support. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and enjoys working closely with attorneys and clients.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Handle incoming and outgoing client phone calls, providing timely status updates and answering questions.</li><li>Communicate with courts to track filings, hearings, and case progress from start to finish.</li><li>Maintain and update the firm’s case management system to ensure accurate, up-to-date case information.</li><li>Assist in drafting unlawful detainer (UD) and related real estate documents.</li><li>Support attorneys with case tracking, scheduling, and file organization.</li></ul><p><br></p>
