Commercial Property Administrator
We are looking for a skilled Commercial Property Administrator to join our team in Belvedere Tiburon, California. In this contract-to-permanent position, you will play a key role in managing the daily operations of multiple commercial properties while ensuring tenant satisfaction and property upkeep. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and problem-solving skills who thrives in a dynamic environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Oversee daily property operations, including tenant communications, maintenance coordination, and vendor management.<br>• Respond to tenant inquiries and service requests promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.<br>• Coordinate property repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance schedules.<br>• Assist with lease administration tasks, such as rent collection and financial reporting.<br>• Review invoices, process purchase orders, and support budget tracking efforts.<br>• Maintain accurate property records, files, and insurance documentation.<br>• Conduct routine site visits to ensure properties are well-maintained and comply with regulations.<br>• Collaborate on construction or improvement projects as needed.<br>• Provide support to the property manager and asset manager on various projects.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, though equivalent experience may be considered.<br>• 1–3 years of experience in property management, real estate, or a related field.<br>• Strong verbal and written communication skills.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software like Yardi is advantageous.<br>• Excellent customer service skills and a detail-oriented approach.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.<br>• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
