Office Manager
<p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Office Manager</strong> for a <strong>contract-to-hire</strong> opportunity in <strong>Beaverton, Oregon</strong>. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled at leading daily office operations. Experience managing a <strong>clinic environment</strong>, supporting staff, and interacting with patients is required. </p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.</li><li>Coordinate staff training sessions to support development, cross-training, and attention to detail.</li><li>Address and resolve patient concerns while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.</li><li>Lead and participate in department meetings to support process improvements and operational alignment.</li><li>Assist with employee evaluations by providing feedback and supporting performance management.</li><li>Manage office workflows, deadlines, and priorities to maintain productivity and organization.</li><li>Order, track, and maintain office supplies to support clinic operations.</li><li>Perform front-desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and managing phone and email communication.</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements to optimize office procedures.</li><li>Utilize <strong>Epic EMR</strong> to manage, organize, and update patient records accurately.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management or a related role within the healthcare industry (required).</li><li>Strong understanding of administrative office procedures and best practices.</li><li>Proven ability to address patient concerns and provide exceptional customer service.</li><li>Skilled in facilitating department meetings and supporting employee evaluations.</li><li>Familiarity with process improvement strategies to enhance workflow efficiency.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Epic EMR or similar electronic medical record systems.</li></ul>
