This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to financial planning and analysis while ensuring accurate and efficient accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, coupled with excellent organizational and analytical skills.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Coordinate and oversee month-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.</p><p>• Prepare detailed financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.</p><p>• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.</p><p>• Collaborate with management to support budgeting and forecasting activities.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and company policies.</p><p>• Manage general ledger accounts and perform reconciliations as needed.</p><p>• Support audits by preparing and providing necessary documentation.</p><p>• Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of financial operations.</p><p>• Train and guide less experienced accounting staff to maintain high performance standards.</p><p>• Assist in developing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets.</p><p><br></p><p>Please reach out to Jamie Benway with Robert Half to review this position. • Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, including month-end close processes.<br>• Strong knowledge of GAAP and other relevant accounting principles.<br>• Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting.<br>• Excellent organizational and time management skills.<br>• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.<br>• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• High level of proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.<br>• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
