<p>Jamie Benway with Robert Half is looking for an Assistant Controller to support financial operations for a growing organization in Vancouver, Washington. This role will help maintain accurate reporting, strengthen accounting processes, and contribute to a smooth monthly close cycle. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.<br>• Demonstrated experience in accounting or finance roles with responsibility for month-end close activities.<br>• Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger management.<br>• Ability to identify issues, analyze financial data, and implement practical solutions.<br>• High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.<br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
