Executive Assistant
We are looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to executives in a fast-paced environment. In this contract position, you will play a key role in managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring seamless communication within the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail who is seeking to make an impact.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Organize and maintain executive calendars, ensuring all appointments and meetings are accurately scheduled.<br>• Arrange and manage travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.<br>• Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, ensuring all materials and details are prepared in advance.<br>• Utilize tools like Smartsheet and Constant Contact to streamline communication and project tracking.<br>• Prepare and edit documents using Adobe Acrobat and other software as needed.<br>• Assist with copywriting tasks to support internal and external communication efforts.<br>• Monitor and prioritize incoming correspondence to ensure timely responses.<br>• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.<br>• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and workflow.<br>• Provide additional administrative support as required.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.<br>• Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools.<br>• Strong skills in coordinating and arranging travel plans.<br>• Familiarity with Smartsheet and Constant Contact.<br>• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat for document creation and editing.<br>• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.<br>• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
