Employee Engagement Coordinator
<p>We are looking for a dedicated Employee Engagement Coordinator to join our team in Baytown, Texas. This contract-to-permanent position focuses on fostering a positive work environment and enhancing organizational culture through effective event planning and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate across departments to create meaningful experiences that elevate the employee experience.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Plan and coordinate monthly employee events to promote workplace culture and engagement.</p><p>• Collaborate with HR, Operations,and leadership to implement activities that strengthen organizational culture.</p><p>• Manage event logistics, including venue arrangements, schedules, and necessary documentation.</p><p>• Develop creative strategies to enhance employee participation and satisfaction.</p><p>• Ensure all events align with the organization’s objectives and values.</p><p>• Support office duties related to employee engagement and organizational initiatives.</p><p>• Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of events.</p><p>• Assist in the preparation and distribution of materials for employee engagement programs.</p><p>• Utilize a not-for-profit background to effectively manage resources and align initiatives.</p><p>• Monitor and report on the success of employee engagement activities.</p>
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or employee engagement roles.<br>• Proven ability to manage corporate and non-profit events effectively.<br>• Strong organizational skills with experience handling event logistics and documentation.<br>• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.<br>• Familiarity with CYMA Not-For-Profit software or similar tools.<br>• Knowledge of registration processes and tenant-landlord relationships is a plus.<br>• Ability to develop creative approaches to employee engagement.<br>• Demonstrated success in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
