Leasing Office Administrator
We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Administrator to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. This is a long-term contract position within the real estate and property industry, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Greet and assist visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy.<br>• Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.<br>• Support leasing consultants in processing applications and verifying employment and eligibility.<br>• Ensure compliance with fair housing regulations and government requirements.<br>• Maintain accurate property management records and documentation.<br>• Coordinate administrative tasks to support daily office functions.<br>• Monitor front desk activities and address any operational issues promptly.<br>• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.<br>• Manage scheduling and appointments to streamline office workflows.
<p>• At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of property management practices and leasing procedures including working in Yardi and/or Entrata.</p><p>• Familiarity with fair housing regulations and compliance standards.</p><p>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p><p>• Proficiency in handling employment and eligibility verifications.</p><p>• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>• Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.</p><p>• Previous experience in customer service or property administration is preferred. </p>
