A well-known non-profit organization in Baltimore is seeking an organized and experienced HRBP to join their team! This individual will be responsible for assisting with and creating processes and procedures, creating training modules for managers, and assisting with HR initiatives and investigations. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or an HRBP. Must have strong knowledge of MS Outlook.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner. • Strong knowledge of HR practices, including employee relations and benefit administration. • Proficiency in HRIS systems and their applications. • Experience developing and delivering training materials for managerial staff. • Familiarity with onboarding procedures and practices. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and communication. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
