Administrative Assistant
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment and grow professionally. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle receptionist tasks, and assist various departments as needed.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Perform receptionist duties, including answering inbound calls and greeting visitors professionally.</p><p>• Provide administrative support to multiple departments, adapting to varying needs and priorities.</p><p>• Maintain organized office files and manage document preparation as required.</p><p>• Assist with general office tasks, such as scheduling meetings and maintaining supplies inventory.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.</p><p>• Handle correspondence and communication with clients, vendors, or other stakeholders.</p><p>• Uphold a high level of customer service while managing inquiries and requests.</p><p>• Coordinate with other departments to support construction industry-related tasks, if applicable.</p>
<p>• Proven experience in administrative assistance or office support roles.</p><p>• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.</p><p>• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.</p><p>• Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments efficiently.</p><p>• Familiarity with receptionist duties, including answering calls and managing front desk operations.</p><p>• Experience in the construction industry is a plus but not mandatory.</p><p>• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.</p>
