<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to leverage your accounting expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will play a critical role in managing accounts receivable processes, identifying discrepancies, and contributing to general accounting functions.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Process incoming payments from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy.</p><p>• Review and reconcile accounts receivable transactions to identify and resolve discrepancies.</p><p>• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with credit card reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency in AR operations.</p><p>• Support general accounting tasks, such as bookkeeping and financial reporting, as needed.</p><p>• Utilize Excel and other accounting software to analyze data and generate reports.</p><p>• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address payment-related inquiries.</p><p>• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling financial records.</p>

<p>• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience with a focus on accounts receivable.</p><p>• Proficiency in bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliation processes.</p><p>• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.</p><p>• Experience working with accounting software.</p><p>• Intermediate Excel skills, including the ability to organize and analyze data.</p><p>• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.</p><p>• Strong communication abilities to collaborate with team members and external partners.</p><p>• Proven track record of reliability and a commitment to meeting deadline.</p>
