Customer Service Online Reputation
We are looking for a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's online reputation and ensuring positive customer experiences across various platforms. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining brand integrity by addressing customer concerns, enhancing satisfaction, and supporting overall company ratings.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Monitor and respond promptly to customer feedback and inquiries on social media and other online platforms.<br>• Communicate proactively across multiple channels to address customer concerns and foster positive interactions.<br>• Administer and track Net Promoter Score surveys to evaluate and improve customer satisfaction.<br>• Collaborate with management to address complaints and reviews on the Better Business Bureau, ensuring continued accreditation and reputation.<br>• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively and in a timely manner.<br>• Analyze customer sentiment and provide insights to management for improving overall ratings and satisfaction.<br>• Participate in training sessions, industry events, and virtual conferences to stay updated on best practices.<br>• Maintain consistent ratings across online platforms in alignment with company standards.<br>• Perform additional tasks as needed to support departmental objectives.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support or online reputation management.<br>• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.<br>• Ability to remain solution-focused and composed under pressure.<br>• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Creative problem-solving skills to suggest improvements and drive results.<br>• Familiarity with online reputation and social media platforms.<br>• Proficiency in call center operations, email correspondence, and customer success strategies.<br>• Competence in handling connectivity issues and navigating multiple browsers effectively.
