Social Media Manager (ecommerce)
<p>Robert Half is seeking a full time/direct hire Social Media Manager to work for one of our clients in a hybrid capacity in the Atlanta metro area. Candidates must be local and willing to work in a hybrid capacity. </p><p><br></p><p>We’re looking for a creative and data-savvy <strong>Social Media Manager</strong> to own and elevate our brand’s digital presence across all social platforms. This role will be responsible for developing and executing social strategies that drive engagement, grow brand awareness, and ultimately generate traffic and sales for our eCommerce business. The ideal candidate is both a storyteller and strategist — someone who understands how to create compelling content that converts followers into loyal customers.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>Strategy & Execution</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy aligned with brand objectives, seasonal campaigns, and eCommerce growth goals.</li><li>Manage the day-to-day operations of all social channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn.</li><li>Create and maintain monthly content calendars that align with product launches, promotions, and brand moments.</li><li>Ensure consistent brand voice, visuals, and messaging across all platforms.</li></ul><p><strong>Content Creation & Community Engagement</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to produce engaging social-first content — including photos, videos, reels, and stories.</li><li>Stay ahead of trends and adapt strategies to leverage emerging formats, sounds, and platform features.</li><li>Engage directly with the community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to build authentic relationships with followers.</li><li>Partner with influencers and creators to amplify reach and brand credibility.</li></ul><p><strong>Performance & Optimization</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, click-throughs, and conversions.</li><li>Use insights to inform creative direction and campaign adjustments in real time.</li><li>Collaborate with paid media teams to optimize performance of organic and paid social efforts for maximum ROI.</li><li>Track and report on KPIs monthly, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.</li></ul><p><strong>Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with eCommerce, email, and creative teams to ensure social content supports broader marketing initiatives.</li><li>Partner with product and merchandising teams to highlight new arrivals, top sellers, and seasonal campaigns.</li><li>Collaborate with customer service teams to address social inquiries and manage brand reputation.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</li><li>4–7 years of experience managing social media for consumer or eCommerce brands.</li><li>Proven success driving growth and engagement across major social platforms.</li><li>Strong understanding of social analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Later, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics).</li><li>Proficiency in short-form video content creation and editing (mobile-first).</li><li>Excellent communication skills with an eye for detail, design, and tone of voice.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working with Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar eCommerce and CRM platforms.</li><li>Background collaborating with influencers or managing UGC (user-generated content) campaigns.</li><li>Passion for digital trends, content innovation, and the intersection of social commerce and storytelling.</li></ul><p><br></p>
