Office Manager
We are looking for a dedicated Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our workspace. This long-term contract position is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and involves managing administrative processes, supporting staff, and fostering a meticulous work environment. The ideal candidate will combine strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Supervise and guide administrative staff to maintain efficiency and productivity.<br>• Coordinate facility-related tasks, including maintenance requests and vendor management.<br>• Organize schedules and calendars to facilitate seamless communication across departments.<br>• Monitor budgets and manage office supply inventory to optimize cost-effectiveness.<br>• Oversee onboarding procedures for new employees and maintain accurate personnel records.<br>• Ensure compliance with company policies and promote a collaborative office culture.<br>• Handle receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing incoming calls.<br>• Process accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner.<br>• Maintain a well-stocked and organized office environment by ordering and tracking supplies.
• Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.<br>• Strong skills in managing office supplies and inventory.<br>• Familiarity with accounts payable processes and related software.<br>• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.<br>• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.<br>• Experience in handling receptionist duties and interacting with clients or guests.
