						<p>Our client in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Full Time/Direct Hire Media Planner to join their team in their Atlanta office. Candidates must be local to Atlanta and willing to come in to office a minimum of 3 days per week. </p><p><br></p><p>The Media Planner is responsible for developing strategic media plans that effectively reach target audiences and achieve client marketing goals. This role requires a blend of analytical, creative, and negotiation skills to recommend the right media mix across digital, social, and traditional channels.</p>
					
					
						<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with account and strategy teams to understand client objectives, target audiences, and budgets.</li><li>Research and analyze media consumption habits, audience data, and competitive activity to inform planning decisions.</li><li>Develop strategic media plans spanning digital (display, paid social, search, programmatic), traditional (TV, print, radio, OOH), and emerging channels.</li><li>Manage media budgets, negotiate rates, and secure optimal placements with media vendors.</li><li>Present recommendations and rationale to clients, articulating strategy and expected outcomes.</li><li>Collaborate with activation teams to ensure proper campaign execution, pacing, and optimization.</li><li>Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, identifying insights to improve ROI.</li><li>Stay current on media trends, platform innovations, and new opportunities to enhance client strategy.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.</li><li>2–5 years of experience in media planning or buying (agency or brand-side).</li><li>Strong understanding of digital media platforms, ad tech, and analytics.</li><li>Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Nielsen, Comscore, or similar media planning software.</li><li>Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><br></p>
