Office Manager
We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the workplace runs efficiently and smoothly. This long-term contract position is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and offers the opportunity to lead office management processes, foster collaboration, and promote organizational success. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in administrative coordination, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a well-organized and functional work environment.<br>• Provide leadership and support to administrative team members, fostering efficiency and teamwork.<br>• Coordinate facilities management by addressing maintenance issues and liaising with vendors.<br>• Organize schedules and manage calendars to facilitate effective communication across departments.<br>• Monitor and manage office budgets while maintaining an adequate inventory of supplies.<br>• Assist with onboarding new employees and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.<br>• Promote adherence to office policies and encourage a culture of professionalism and collaboration.<br>• Oversee accounts payable processes to ensure timely and accurate payment handling.<br>• Perform receptionist duties by managing correspondence and welcoming guests.
• Proven experience in administrative office management or a related role.<br>• Ability to maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.<br>• Familiarity with accounts payable processes and financial oversight.<br>• Strong organizational skills for managing schedules and coordinating office activities.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and vendors.<br>• Proficiency in handling receptionist duties, including managing incoming calls and correspondence.<br>• Detail-oriented approach to maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with policies.<br>• Capability to foster a collaborative and efficient workplace environment.
