We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves providing comprehensive IT support for restaurant locations, addressing hardware, network, and software-related issues. Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this position.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Deliver timely and effective IT support to restaurant staff, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.<br>• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across restaurant locations.<br>• Maintain and troubleshoot desktop hardware, including PCs and workstations.<br>• Configure, image, and deploy desktops and laptops with Windows 10 operating systems.<br>• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings using Active Directory.<br>• Provide guidance and training to staff on the use of IT systems and equipment.<br>• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement solutions for recurring technical problems.<br>• Document and track support requests, resolutions, and equipment inventory.<br>• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security protocols.<br>• Assist with the setup and maintenance of restaurant-specific technology systems.

• Proven experience in desktop support or a similar IT role.<br>• Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Windows 10 operating systems.<br>• Hands-on experience with desktop hardware, imaging, and deployments.<br>• Familiarity with Active Directory for user account management.<br>• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.<br>• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.<br>• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and end-users.
