This individual contributor role is ideal for someone passionate about driving process improvements through data-driven insights and business analysis.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze non-IT business challenges and translate them into actionable requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and assess performance.</li><li>Develop frameworks to evaluate financial payback and return on investment (ROI) for proposed initiatives.</li><li>Prepare documentation outlining current and future state processes.</li><li>Recommend alternative solutions and support decision-making with clear, data-backed insights.</li><li>Facilitate communication between process owners and solution developers to ensure alignment and understanding.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in business analysis, preferably in a business intelligence or process improvement context.</li><li>Experience with SAP, SQL, and ETL preferred</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to assess process performance and articulate improvement opportunities.</li><li>Experience preparing ROI statements and financial assessments.</li><li>Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><br></p>
