Responsibilities:• Manage month-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger to uphold data integrity.• Prepare and post journal entries to support accurate financial documentation.• Conduct account reconciliations to verify and resolve discrepancies.• Perform bank reconciliation tasks to ensure alignment of financial records.• Analyze financial data to identify trends and support decision-making.• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.• Assist in the development and implementation of improved financial processes.• Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.

• Proven experience in month-end close and financial reporting. • Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting principles. • Proficiency in preparing and posting journal entries. • Experience in account and bank reconciliations. • Familiarity with accounting regulations and compliance standards. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work collaboratively across departments. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred.
