• Must be a licensed attorney with active status.<br>• Proven experience in civil litigation and courtroom advocacy.<br>• Strong skills in drafting legal motions, briefs, and other documents.<br>• Proficiency in managing discovery processes and legal research.<br>• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.<br>• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.<br>• Familiarity with relevant legal software and tools.
