Payroll Administrator
We are looking for a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Alpharetta, Georgia. This role requires expertise in managing payroll processes for a mid-sized workforce across multiple states. If you have a strong background in payroll systems and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Process full-cycle payroll for a workforce ranging from 101 to 500 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.<br>• Manage multi-state payroll operations while adhering to local regulations and tax requirements.<br>• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to efficiently execute payroll tasks and maintain employee records.<br>• Address and resolve payroll discrepancies or issues promptly and professionally.<br>• Prepare and submit payroll reports to stakeholders, ensuring data integrity.<br>• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll processing and communication.<br>• Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations to ensure continued compliance.<br>• Conduct audits of payroll data to identify and rectify errors.<br>• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters in a timely and courteous manner.
• Proven experience in full-cycle payroll management for mid-sized organizations.<br>• Proficiency in handling multi-state payroll operations and compliance.<br>• Strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems.<br>• Familiarity with payroll regulations and tax laws across multiple states.<br>• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.<br>• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.<br>• Strong communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and addressing employee concerns.
