We are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee and manage payroll processes for a large and diverse workforce. This role requires expertise in handling multi-state payroll and full-cycle payroll operations while ensuring compliance with all regulations. This is a long-term contract position based in Alpharetta, Georgia. Responsibilities: • Manage and execute full-cycle payroll operations for over 500 employees across multiple states. • Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including tax filings and reporting. • Process and review payroll data using ADP Workforce Now and SAP systems. • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to address payroll discrepancies and resolve employee inquiries. • Prepare and analyze payroll reports to support decision-making and budgeting processes. • Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation for audits and compliance purposes. • Implement best practices to improve payroll efficiency and accuracy. • Utilize Microsoft Excel for advanced payroll calculations and data analysis.

• Proven experience managing full-cycle payroll for large organizations with 500+ employees. • Knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations and compliance requirements. • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and SAP systems for payroll processing. • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions for data analysis. • Familiarity with payroll tax laws and reporting requirements. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle complex payroll scenarios.
