Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required. 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or similar industries. CPA or CMA designation is a plus. Expertise in GAAP-compliant accounting practices and familiarity with ERP systems. Advanced Excel skills preferred. Strong analytical abilities and communication skills, with a proactive attitude towards detail oriented growth.
