<ul><li>Minimum 7 years of progressive financial leadership experience; multi-entity healthcare experience strongly preferred</li><li>Proven ability to manage complex financial operations and drive process improvement</li><li> Extensive experience in multi-entity accounting and financial operations.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in month-end closings, reconciliations, and error resolution.</li><li>Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to develop and mentor accounting teams.</li><li>Exceptional communication abilities, particularly in presenting financial data to non-financial audiences.</li><li>Track record of improving financial processes and implementing successful system upgrades.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with owners and executive teams while maintaining a calm and steady presence.</li><li>Deep knowledge of full-cycle accounting and related best practices.</li></ul>
