<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>5+ years of progressive accounting experience; construction industry experience preferred.</li><li>Deep knowledge of financial reporting and technical accounting.</li><li>Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VBA/Macros, complex data analysis).</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Experience working independently and collaboratively in dynamic settings.</li></ul><p><br></p>
