• Proven experience in financial management and accounting, preferably in a Controller role.<br>• Strong knowledge of month-end close processes and financial reporting standards.<br>• Proficiency in document control and electronic record-keeping systems.<br>• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.<br>• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements and accounting principles.<br>• Strong leadership capabilities to manage and mentor a team effectively.<br>• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.<br>• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
