In February 2023, and for the third consecutive year, Forbes recognized Robert Half as one of America’s Best Large Employers — and the top-ranked staffing firm for the second year in a row.

The annual ranking is based on an independent survey of approximately 45,000 participants from a wide range of companies with 1,000 or more employees in the U.S. Respondents were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their employer to friends and family, as well as other factors such as working conditions, potential for advancement and company image.

Robert Half Also Ranks Among World’s Best Employers

In October 2022, Forbes named Robert Half one of the World’s Best Employers. This is Forbes’ most prestigious global employer accolade.

The annual list is based on an independent survey of nearly 150,000 employees in 57 countries. Respondents rate their employers in various areas, including image, trust, gender equality, corporate social responsibility, corporate culture and benefits.

Additionally, in May 2023 and for the fifth consecutive year, Robert Half earned the top spot on Forbes’ annual ranking of America’s Best Professional Recruiting Firms. Forbes also recognized Robert Half as one of the top Temporary Staffing and Executive Recruiting Firms.
