If you are detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy contributing to a collaborative workspace, this position is an excellent opportunity for you.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Maintain an organized and detail-oriented reception area to create a welcoming environment for visitors.<br>• Receive and log incoming packages, ensuring timely delivery to the appropriate recipients.<br>• Handle daily mail operations, including delivering mail to tenants and the post office.<br>• Monitor and manage billing items such as postage, conference room usage, and office supplies.<br>• Process monthly reconciliations for credit card statements and make regular bank deposits.<br>• Assist with administrative tasks, including document creation, copying, faxing, and note-taking.<br>• Manage inventory of office and coffee supplies, ensuring timely restocking as needed.<br>• Load and unload the office dishwasher, water plants, and ensure newspapers are collected from the building entrance.<br>• Ensure printers, copiers, and fax machines are stocked with paper and functioning properly.<br>• Support the Property Manager with assigned duties, contributing to efficient office operations.
