<p>A growing manufacturing company in Linthicum, MD is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join their team! Primary job duties include order entry, pricing delivery, updates on delivery tracking information, helping with customers’ issues, questions, concerns, identifying the status of an order, handling inbound phone calls. This person must have prior experience working in ERP systems, along with strong customer service aptitude.</p>

• Proven experience in customer service or customer success roles.<br>• Proficiency in database management systems and tools like Oracle.<br>• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.<br>• Strong ability to manage customer accounts and resolve issues effectively.<br>• Familiarity with working in a manufacturing company setting.<br>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br>• Demonstrated capability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.<br>• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
