<p>A growing accounting team is seeking a Staff Accountant for a highly hands-on role offering a strong mix of general accounting, operational accounting and process improvement responsibilities. This position will support bank reconciliations, sales tax filings, sales order processing, AR/AP coverage and other day-to-day accounting activities while cross-training across the department.The Staff Accountant will also help document key accounting processes and create standardized procedures to improve backup coverage across the team.Candidates should have a solid understanding of basic accounting principles, strong Excel skills and the ability to learn new processes quickly.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP/Great Plains is strongly preferred, while exposure to asset-based lending or borrowing-base reporting is a plus. </p>
