This role offers the opportunity to handle complex litigation matters and collaborate with a team of skilled legal professionals.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Conduct and defend depositions of witnesses and experts to gather critical case information.</p><p>• Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents for complex litigation cases.</p><p>• Prepare and respond to discovery requests to ensure thorough case preparation.</p><p>• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through clear and precise communication.</p><p>• Manage trial preparation, including drafting motions in limine, creating exhibit lists, and organizing witness lists.</p><p>• Handle high-stakes cases involving catastrophic personal injury, products liability, and general negligence.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to strategize and execute effective litigation plans.</p><p>• Represent clients in court by arguing motions and presenting evidence.</p><p>• Conduct legal research to support case strategy and decision-making.</p><p>• Provide guidance to less experienced attorneys and staff as needed.</p>
