<p>- Expertise in Complex Business Litigation</p><p>- Proficiency in Civil Litigation Experience</p><p>- Defending Depositions experience</p><p>- Licensed attorney</p><p>- Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills</p><p>- Excellent attention to detail</p><p>- Desire to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines</p><p>- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills</p>
