Our firm values critical thinking, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented mindset.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Handle various aspects of civil litigation, including drafting motions, preparing briefs, and conducting discovery.<br>• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop legal strategies and provide thoughtful solutions to complex cases.<br>• Utilize AI tools and technology to streamline legal research and case preparation.<br>• Participate in client meetings to understand needs and provide tailored legal advice.<br>• Stay updated on legal trends and changes to ensure compliance and effective representation.<br>• Work closely with mentors to enhance skills and gain deeper insights into the legal field.<br>• Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure high-quality work.<br>• Contribute to a team environment by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues as needed.

• Possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.<br>• Hold a valid license to practice law in the state of California.<br>• Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.<br>• Be tech-savvy, with the ability to effectively use AI and other legal technologies.<br>• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Show a willingness to learn and be mentored in a collaborative environment.<br>• Exhibit a solutions-oriented approach to legal challenges.<br>• Maintain attention to detail and organizational skills while working on multiple cases.
