Familiarity with employment law is highly desirable, as well as a demonstrated ability to manage case reviews, draft pleadings, and handle law and motion matters effectively.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct thorough case reviews and analyze applicable laws to provide strategic legal counsel.<br>• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.<br>• Represent clients in court proceedings, including arguing law and motion matters.<br>• Develop and execute discovery strategies, including preparing and responding to written discovery requests.<br>• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless case management and effective representation.<br>• Maintain compliance with billable hour requirements, achieving a minimum of 1,650 hours annually.<br>• Provide guidance on employment law matters as applicable to client cases.<br>• Utilize case management and document management software to organize and track case progress.<br>• Research and summarize legal matters to support case strategy and client advisement.
