This role operates in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment and requires strong organizational and troubleshooting abilities. The specialist will manage incoming programming schedules, validate metadata, ensure accurate content delivery, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners.</p><p>This position is onsite at the Englewood office and requires consistent weekend availability.</p><p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and interpret programming schedules received from networks (weekly and monthly content).</li><li>Create, receive, validate, and reconcile metadata for digital assets.</li><li>Ensure content is properly delivered to distribution endpoints, including platforms such as Amazon, Hulu, YouTube, Roku, Charter, Cox, and others.</li><li>Monitor content delivery pipelines and confirm assets reach the correct destinations.</li><li>Troubleshoot delivery and metadata-related issues:</li><li>Open and track support tickets</li><li>Escalate issues when appropriate</li><li>Communicate findings back to networks or internal partners</li><li>Maintain tracking and reporting documentation, primarily using Excel.</li><li>Collaborate with cross‑functional internal teams and external partners.</li><li>Operate in a customer‑facing capacity to support account‑level needs.</li></ul>
