<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Manager who can lead and manage multiple tax functions and prepare/review complex tax returns. The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns, managing audits by tax authorities, resolving tax issues, preparing intercompany journal entries, improving tax procedures, identifying tax-saving opportunities, mitigating tax risks, researching business initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and new market expansions.
