You will collaborate across teams to drive test strategies, manage bug triage, and ensure successful implementation of testing plans while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Develop and manage test strategies, plans, suites, and cases to ensure comprehensive coverage and alignment with project requirements.<br>• Execute and oversee testing processes, including bug tracking, triage, and resolution, while coordinating with vendors and impacted teams.<br>• Monitor and report testing metrics, risks, blockers, and readiness to ensure project progress and quality assurance.<br>• Facilitate meetings such as grooming sessions, bug reviews, and triage discussions to enhance collaboration and problem-solving.<br>• Prepare lab environments by collaborating with development leads to ensure readiness for testing.<br>• Coach and mentor QA team members and coordinate testing efforts with vendors and cross-functional teams.<br>• Maintain team boards and dashboards to track project progress and testing outcomes.<br>• Deliver comprehensive test documentation, including traceability reports, bug summaries, and execution outcomes.<br>• Support production implementation and validation processes to ensure successful software deployment.<br>• Conduct regression testing and establish validation plans to maintain software quality across releases.
