Estate Planning Attorney
<p>We are looking for a dedicated Estate Planning Attorney to join a dynamic Trust & Estate firm based in the Greater Worcester area. In this role, you will provide expert guidance and legal support to clients, helping them navigate estate planning, tax matters, and probate processes. This position is ideal for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term client relationships.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Draft and review comprehensive estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.</p><p>• Provide legal advice to clients regarding estate tax strategies and asset protection.</p><p>• Oversee probate and estate administration processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.</p><p>• Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and develop tailored estate planning solutions.</p><p>• Conduct legal research to stay updated on changes in estate planning and tax laws.</p><p>• Represent clients in probate court proceedings and other related legal matters.</p><p>• Manage client cases from inception to resolution, ensuring timely and effective communication.</p><p>• Work closely with financial advisors and other professionals to create integrated estate plans.</p><p>• Help clients navigate complex trust and estate tax issues with precision and clarity.</p>
• Active Massachusetts bar license is required.<br>• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Estate Planning Attorney.<br>• Strong knowledge of estate planning, trust and estate tax, and probate processes.<br>• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.<br>• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.<br>• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.<br>• Experience with probate and estate administration is highly preferred.<br>• Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and client satisfaction.
